Good morning Vietnam

So I think the "K.O." pretty much summed up the nature of this blog. To kick things off let's just take a minute to rehash the greatness that which is Boston Sports. The last couple months have been nothing short of spectacular and from the looks of things doesn't look to be on the decline anytime in the near future. The Sox after winning the series already have their key free agents re-signed, escaped the feddy gov investigation virtually unscathed, and are in the process of signing another $140 million fantasy stud in Santana for a relatively small trade cost. The Patriots...after the last 13 weeks what can you say about this team other than WOW. The Brady Moss tandem has turned into the best duo in professional sports and is by far the most amazing to watch. If there was any question about the validity of these two going into the hall of fame entering this season, I am fairly certain that every critic has been stifled. These two are just propelling the Pats to not just break records but shatter them in abundance....plenty more on the Pats later. The C's...19-2...look more like the Patriots every game. They are just steamrolling teams night in and night out and according to Garnett and Pierce, this is just the tip of the iceberg for what this team can do...is that a challenge to the Jordan led Bulls who went 72-10?...hey we are on pace. The way Ainge has assembled this team not only with stars but with role players who on any given night can go out and drop 20+ is unprecedented (though i am still bitter and resent him regarding the last few pathetic seasons). I would've loved nothing more than to have also included BC in this list of perfection...but again like every year my heart broke in November with three losses when they got violently thrown from the #2 spot leaving their national title hopes as well as BCS/ACC Champion hopes propelled counterclockwise into the can... another year of mediocrity in the Champs Sports bowl... Kudos though to Matt Ryan and Coach Jags for (despite their failures) putting this team on the national radar... Hope everyone enjoyed the preview...First legit post coming soon
